_ Seeking a solid engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or similar) background alongside 'External Client' Applications / Sales Engineering experience._

** Desired Skills/Experience:**

• Experience working in a Similar Sales or Applications Engineering type role Role with a focus on Electronic Control Systems (PLC based Systems, Process Control, DCS, HMI, SCADA).
• Experience Documenting External Client Technical Specs and System Design-Build-Deliver Project Details based on Customer Needs including but not limited to: Customer Needs Punch List, Bid Sheets, Man Hours, Cost of Materials, Lists of Parts/Bill of Materials, Detailed Written Description of Customer Needs vs. (to be built) System that will resolve customer problems and address customer needs.
• Experience Designing and Presenting Proof of Concept type Product/System demonstrations for external clients within the Power-Utility Industry is preferred.
• Engineering or Documentation Experience surrounding PLC based electronic Control Systems (HMI, DCS, SCADA or similar)
• Engineering Background/Training (BSEE or ASEE or equivalent training is preferred)
• Excellent oral communication skills: experience working in a high profile role and acting as the conduit between: Sales-Marketing-Project Management-Engineering-Upper Management-and External Customers (should be have experience Asking Questions and Redefining specs and Customer needs as this will be a regular part of this role).
• Excellent Written (technical and functional) Documentation Skills: MS Word and MS Excel experience are required
• Experience reading and understanding Electrical Wiring Diagrams (AutoCAD is a plus).

** Willingness to Learn (experience with any of these is a plus):**

• SQL Server or Excel another Database or Database reporting system
• Working in an ISO or other regulated environment with related ISO Standards and Documentation
• Knowledge of Networks (Windows, Unix/Linux, Wireless, RF, Ethernet, TCP/IP) as it relates to connectivity to Electronic Control and Electronic Communication systems.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English is a plus
