    TITLE: ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

     

    OVERVIEW:

    One of Texas’ hottest tech startups is looking for an Enterprise Account Representative. In this role, you will interact with senior leaders and other key players in manufacturing & distribution organizations, effectively communicating the value that Veryable’s innovative technology will deliver for their organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and establish themselves as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to identify prospective customers, research those customers, conduct initial outreach and explain the value that Veryable’s platform will deliver to those customers’ respective businesses.  This position is a full-time, salaried role based in Veryable’s Dallas Headquarters and is a member of the Enterprise Accounts Team.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    ·       Research and identify potential new business customers and relevant, key stakeholder contacts using available tools (e.g. Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, etc)

    ·       Conducting outreach to prospective customers using available channels such as email, phone calls, and social media (e.g. LinkedIn) to make contact and understand potential customer needs and potential product use cases

    ·       Leverage Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to organize, track, and manage customer communication and other information relevant to developing a strong pipeline of potential customers with a high probability of success.  Use this data to improve your approach and efforts over time.

    ·       Partner with Enterprise Channel teammates to develop informed and complete engagement strategies for qualified customer targets

    ·       Deliver to customers a coherent narrative that articulates the value our products will provide to their respective businesses

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·       An interest in learning about Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain management

    ·       Ability to work independently

    ·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

    ·       Desire to work in a fast-paced tech startup environment

    ·       Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

    ·       Willing to conduct high volume of outreach activities 50+ emails a day and/or 25-50 calls a day could be required

    ·       Willing to engage high level points of contact (C-Suite, VP, & Director Level)
