OVERVIEW:

Are you a recent graduate or growth-oriented professional looking for a fulfilling and fast-paced career?  Veryable is looking for a Marketing / Recruiting Associate to join us and help grow our platform. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and establish themselves as a trusted advisor to our target audience. You will develop and manage the product vision and roadmap, creating significant value for the company. 

Your primary objective will be to recruit new users to the platform, drive user development, and Operator retention in accordance with Veryable’s strategic plan.

This is a cross-functional role in which you will work closely with marketing, product development, and regional market teams. This entry-level position is a full-time, salaried role based in Dallas and reports to the VP of Supply. Please note, remote applications will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Guide the content creation across written, video, and streaming channels to drive the supply side funnel and increase new user conversion
• Develop a supply-side strategy to increase user awareness and drive Operator success through content and product marketing
• Plan and execute campaigns to promote the platform, new product features, and create brand awareness
• Discover and pilot new approaches to improve brand reach and awareness within the Operator community
• Identifying opportunities to improve the user experience for Operators through feedback 
• Ensure communications are done in a timely manner in accordance with company values and brand guidelines
• Assist CSO and VP of Supply in executing the long-term supply-side strategy

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• BS or BA degree
• Desire to work in a fast-paced tech startup environment
• Desire to learn and expand skill set and areas of expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Passionate and creative thinker with great collaboration skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and open to change
• Strong analytical and computer skills, e.g., excel, ppt, social media, etc.
