You will develop and manage the product vision and roadmap, creating significant value to the company. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for product management and can constructively guide and motivate cross-functional teams and/or strategic partners working on product development to ensure positive outcomes for product delivery.  It’s a role that’s first of its kind - you’ll not only drive impact but also learn a lot about manufacturing and logistics! 

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and establish themselves as a trusted partner to all relevant stakeholders.  This position is a full-time role BASED IN DALLAS, TEXAS and reports to the Operations Manager of our Corporate Strategy team. Please note, remote applications will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• With input and buy-in from customers and customer-facing teams, develop and execute a product roadmap that delivers the outcomes required for customers and customer-facing teams to realize their goals
• Have both business and technology acumen to identify, design and shape the solutions targeting specific business outcomes
• Manage the customer journey from a product standpoint guiding all customers to self sufficiency
• Communicating marketplace trends and events through the product 
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to identify positive outcomes and opportunity areas to continually optimize the customer journey
• Analyze product and feature performance through various analytical tools
• Follow an analytical approach in prioritizing problems, focusing on quality over quantity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of professional experience in product management or product development
• Proven track record for successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products to market on tight deadlines
• Experience in product management within the manufacturing and logistics industry
• Effectively influences and collaborates with others, including senior management teams
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and open to change
