    Veryable is looking for a Business Journey Analyst to join us and help grow our platform. You will help develop and manage the journey our businesses go through on our platform from implementing on-demand labor to implementing various digital solutions within their operations. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for operations improvement, a wealth of knowledge in the logistics and manufacturing industry and can constructively guide businesses to achieve operational excellence.  It’s a role that’s first of its kind - you’ll not only drive impact but also learn a lot about manufacturing and logistics! 

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and establish themselves as a trusted partner to all relevant stakeholders.  This position is a full-time role BASED IN DALLAS, TEXAS and reports to the Director of Operations Intelligence of our Platform Strategy team. Please note, remote applications will not be considered.

    Responsibilities

    • Own, develop, and improve the business user onboarding process to decrease the cycle time for a business to mature to a self-sufficient steady state user
    • Stay on the leading edge of the trends for the next-generation manufacturing to drive the Veryable point of view on improving US manufacturing capability
    • Author and deliver curated next steps for manufacturing businesses to drive their operational performance and their digital adoption
    • Capture data and leverage it to inform onboarding process and platform integration into business operations
    • Analyze data and curate information to drive business acumen on incorporating on-demand labor into daily operations
    • Identify and articulate new potential features that enrich the business user experience

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years of professional experience in operations, product management, Industrial Engineering, or manufacturing
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products to market on tight deadlines
    • Effectively influences and collaborates with others, including senior management teams
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and open to change
    • Proven track record for successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
