  • Responsibilities

    This position involves assisting in the physical filing and auditing of vessel and instrument transactions, assisting in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, and is responsible for the following.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Answering the telephone & replying to e-mails.
    • Assisting with Vessel Registration Transactions.
    • Assisting in closings.
    • Assisting in Instrument Recordations.
    • Completing all duties in accordance with MSG's Quality System & REG-PM.
    • Assisting with entering vetting requests for registration transactions.
    • Distribution of RMI publications.
    • Greeting industry stakeholders and visitors.
    • Maintaining electronic and physical filing.
    • Monitoring & handling administrative matters, correspondence and related activities.
    • Ordering and Maintaining RMI publications.
    • Organizing travels, events, and meetings.
    • Performing data entry.
    • Preparing certificates & documents.
    • Providing clerical support.
    • Responding to clients.
    • Reviewing applications and documentation.
    • Other duties and assignments as may be given and directed by the management team
