RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to find creative solutions to complex customer situations;

• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision;

• Effectively advise customers on the best products and services to meet their needs

• Develop new business with existing customers and identify new opportunities

ASSETS:

• Previous experience in Customer service and sales;

• Positive attitude, great work ethic and must be highly motivated

• Working knowledge of computer applications and the internet

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada
