    The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the digital outreach efforts of all veterinary practices within the VetEvolve network. They help VetEvolve hospitals reach new clientele and remain connected with their current clientele via email, paid search, paid social media, and organic social media marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our veterinary practices.     Job Description Overview

    Digital Marketing Manager

     

    Responsibilities

    • Google Advertising - Develop and deploy paid search campaigns. Includes keyword research, ad copy/content development, location and audience targeting, and weekly budget management.

    • Email Marketing - Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns. Includes content creation, custom audience segmentation, schedule management, campaign performance analysis and optimization.

    • Facebook/Instagram Advertising - Develop and deploy paid social campaigns. Includes asset development, copywriting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and weekly budget management.

    • Organic Social Media - Oversee team of social media champions within a network of veterinary hospitals, providing guidance on organic content creation. Develop and deploy supplementary content across all hospital social media accounts.

    • Business Listing Oversight - Ensure accuracy of information across all business listing sites (Google, Yelp, Apple, etc.). Oversee and report on ratings and reviews.

    • Onboarding/Integration - Onboard new animal hospitals onto the marketing platform, integrating existing or setting up new accounts across email, Google Ads, social, website/domain, and other marketing platforms.

    • Analytics and Optimization - Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, measure success (ROIs and KPIs), optimize user experience, and translate data into actionable insights.

    • Practice-Specific Marketing

      • Collaborate with practice managers and veterinarians to understand the nuances of each practice.

      • Develop tailored marketing plans that align with the individual practice’s goals, services, and local community.

      • Craft compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, that highlights each practice’s strengths and offerings.

      • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels for each unique practice.

    Requirements (Role Specific)

    • Min 6 months managing Google Ads from start to finish with intermediate/expert-level understanding of tool (approach, vernacular, nuances)

    • Min 1-2 years in digital marketing or roles in areas like SEO, SEM, content creation, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

    • Strong knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4)

    • Experience developing and managing campaigns for different digital marketing channels

    • Expertise in developing and managing paid search and social media marketing campaigns

    • Expertise in developing and managing email marketing campaigns

     

    Requirements (Travel)

    • Almost exclusively remote with occasional travel (anticipated to be no more than 2x/year for internal meetings)

     

    Compensation range

    • $65K-$75K based on experience level

    • Discretionary bonus - up to $5,000 per annum
