    Job Description

    Seeking a US Military Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist and/or Military Spouse to apply for a COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST. Organize key project documents as defined in operating agreements: Financial closing sets, power purchase agreements, operation & maintenance Agreements, tax agreements, permits, etc. Support the digital use standardization using asset management software (primarily Bluepoint). This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a paralegal certification or experience with contract and compliance management.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES: VETERAN MILITARY

    ·         Create compliance lists and track all executed contracts from receipt by Asset Optimization personnel.

    ·         Ensure contracts are filed in the Legal Library and linked in Bluepoint. 

    ·         Organize regulatory compliance tracking in Bluepoint and renewals for in-scope contracts.

    ·         Maintain Bluepoint user access and roles.

    ·         Onboard new projects, schedule meetings, and create contract metadata for entry into Bluepoint.

    ·         Other duties as assigned

    ·         Look at contract details, fill out obligations,  timelines Legal background is very helpful

     

    REQUIREMENTS: VETERAN MILITARY

    ·         US Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist or Military Spouse preferred

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

    ·         Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written

    ·         Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Teams

    ·         Strong Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge of pivot table logic

    ·         High attention to detail, intellectually curious, comfortable digging into the details of contracts

    ·         Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    ·         Legal background, paralegal certification and/or experience with contract/compliance management preferred

    ·         Renewable/Energy experience preferred
