About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Hudspeth Animal Hospital as a Veterinarian Receptionist, also known as a Client Satisfaction Specialist! In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our pet owners, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while supporting our veterinary staff in providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications efficiently.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about services and procedures.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Utilize practice management software to track client information and appointments.
Promote client education and awareness of preventive care services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a veterinary or customer service setting preferred.
Strong communication skills and a passion for animal welfare.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
