Why this role • Weekend-heavy schedule (great if you want weekdays free for family, classes, or a side gig) • No overnights; urgent care + wellness only • Supportive team, clear workflows

What you’ll do • Triage, vitals, low-stress handling, assist exams and treatments • Client communication, check-in/out, phone support • Samples, basic diagnostics, injections, meds and vaccine support • Accurate medical records in the EMR • Help keep the clinic organized, clean, and safe • Jump in where needed (front desk, stocking, room turns) • Occasionally support nearby clinics as staffing needs arise and other duties as assigned

Who you are • Experienced in veterinary assisting (human healthcare experience also valued) • Tech-savvy, calm under pressure, team-first communicator • Comfortable with a fast pace and weekend shifts • WA Medication Clerk license preferred (we’ll help you obtain it if needed)
