Join our dedicated team at Amar Glen Veterinary Hospital as a Veterinary CSR! In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring exceptional customer service and support for pet owners and their beloved animals.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.

Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about services.

Process payments and maintain accurate client records.

Assist in managing the front desk and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Educate clients about preventative care and hospital services.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; customer service preferred

Strong communication skills and a passion for animal care.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus.
