Job Summary We are seeking a polished, friendly, and highly professional Receptionist/Concierge to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in shaping each client’s experience. You will warmly welcome clients and their pets, manage appointments, and ensure a seamless, high-quality visit from check-in to check-out. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional, concierge-level service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients and their pets, creating a positive first impression
Deliver a concierge-level, white-glove client experience throughout each visit
Answer phone calls promptly and schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Manage a high-volume front desk while maintaining composure and attention to detail
Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow and clear communication
Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance their experience
Handle client questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
Accurately input and manage client and patient information in the system
Educate clients on services, products, and wellness options when appropriate

Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
Experience in veterinary, medical, hospitality, or luxury service environments of 3 years

Qualifications
Three or more years of customer service experience is preferred
Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
