As we continue expanding our Emergency & Specialty services throughout Northeast Florida, we are seeking experienced Client Service Representatives (CSR) to join our teams at our Orange Park and Jacksonville (E-Town) hospitals.

    Position Overview

    The Client Service Representative serves as the first impression of Allied Veterinary Specialists and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience for clients, patients, and referring veterinarians.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients and patients professionally and compassionately • Manage incoming phone calls and direct communications appropriately • Schedule appointments, consultations, and procedures accurately • Check patients in and out efficiently • Review estimates, invoices, and payment options with clients • Process payments and maintain financial accuracy • Support emergency patient arrivals and urgent client needs • Maintain accurate client and patient records

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of veterinary Client Service Representative experience • Experience working in a veterinary hospital environment • Strong client communication and customer service skills • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital experience strongly preferred • Experience handling high call volumes and multi-line phone systems • Experience with ezyVet and/or VetRadar software systems preferred

    Schedule Opportunities

    • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM • 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM • 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM

    Overnight Shift Differential

    Additional overnight shift differential compensation is available for overnight positions.
