Animal Hospital of Los Lunas is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our busy, well-established small animal practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people and pets, and understand the flow of a veterinary hospital, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a veterinary CSR front-desk team member (required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Experience checking in/out clients, collecting payments, and verifying client information
Comfortable handling multiple phone lines, emails, and in-person clients
Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in emotional situations
Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player
