Looking for a dedicated - Customer Service Representative
Seeking a welcoming, friendly and outgoing team member to come alongside our family oriented staff as a customer service representative. Work in an environment that not only seeks to provide high quality service and care to patients and clients, but that also encourages growth and learning amongst employees!
Essential responsibilities of the position:
Greeting and assisting clients and patients promptly with a warm and welcoming tone in a busy and fast paced environment.
Answer and return a high volume of phone calls in a prompt and timely manner.
Scheduling appointments in accordance with company policy.
Patient check in, patient discharge while ensuring owners have all their questions addressed.
Effectively handling a variety of emotional and financial communications in a compassionate and professional manner.
Preferred competencies:
Excellent communication skills
Computer aptitude
Answering phones and making phone calls
Be able to use a copy machine and fax machine
Be able to use a credit card processor
Be able to quickly learn VIA, our practice management system to schedule appointments and perform patient check ins, invoicing, payment processing, and client communication
