Now Hiring For:

🌙 Overnight Client Service Representatives

Our greatest need is for dedicated overnight team members who enjoy working evenings and overnights while supporting our 24-hour emergency hospital.

Available Overnight Shifts Include:

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

10:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Additional overnight schedules may be available.

⭐ Weekend Client Service Representatives

We're also expanding our weekend team with opportunities on:

Saturdays

Sundays

Full-day, swing, and evening shifts available

Weekend positions are ideal for candidates seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in emergency veterinary medicine.

What You'll Do

Welcome and support clients during emergency and specialty visits

Coordinate patient check-in and discharge

Answer multi-line phones and assist referring veterinarians

Maintain accurate medical records

Support doctors and technicians in delivering exceptional client service

Help create a calm, compassionate experience during stressful situations
