About the Role:
This position is a key member of the Integrations team and will participate in gathering necessary information to transition a new partner successfully and seamlessly into VetEvolve. This position requires strong project management, people management, and administrative skills. Being a VetEvolve champion and SME will be key to the success of this role. This position works closely with all VetEvolve support departments to ensure all teams are ready for the new partnership to join and is a key leader in coordinating efforts.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Management
Lead project manager between M&A and Operations role to include facilitation, communication, and bridge-building.
Work cross functionally with M&A and Operations plus functional support teams to support a smooth transition for new VetEvolve practices.
Work in collaboration with the M&A team during due diligence of new partner hospitals and help develop post close initiatives and framework for execution.
Supports Integration Meetings to provide awareness of pre and post close objectives and gating factors.
Practice Management Support
Work with local practice leadership and Regional Managers regarding pre and post closing objectives required for a new VetEvolve practice such as credit card processing, banking, laboratory pricing, practice information management software refinements, distributor and manufacturer transitions.
Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify and develop plan to address challenges within practices where additional support is needed to ensure success and stable transition.
Attend Meet & Greet to socialize transition to VetEvolve.
Support onsite day of close duties (e.g. inventory count and credit card transition) and post close practice support.
Assess technology used in office to create post-close transition plan.
Provides an added level of support and training for veterinary teams when new equipment/processes are presented to teams such as digital dental radiology, electronic medical record transition, telemedicine.
Process Improvement
Develop and use implementation guides alongside practice managers and teams for current and new service/enhanced services within practice such as dentistry, exotic, health screens, dermatology protocol.
Maintain internal master files to ensure ease of replication of processes (e.g. vendor management).
Skillset:
Experience with project management software and tools
Strong communication, team-building change management, and leadership skills
Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and able to manage time effectively
Ability to think creatively
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong ability to use experience and analysis to gain support and influence positive change

Strong presentation skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and/or implementations within multi-site organizations
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Veterinary and/or practice management experience, strongly preferred
Demonstrated Project Management skills, PMP certification preferred
Experience with M&A, due diligence, and Integration practices
Knowledge of revenue growth drivers and cost control measures, veterinary space preferred
Working knowledge of practice information management software and integration
Inventory management experience
Effectively use Google Drive Applications, Google Meets, WORD, Excel, Power Point
Travel:
This role is remote with frequent (75%) travel. Candidates located in Central or Eastern time zone preferred.
