Rootstown Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited four doctor private practice that is dedicated to providing excellent care to our clients and their beloved pets.

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-orientated person to add to our existing amazing team to provide high quality veterinary care and customer service.

Your duties as a receptionist would include: client education, answering multiple phone lines, client care, greeting clients and their pets, knowledge of veterinary protocols and products, cash and card transactions, and scheduling appointments. We also provide opportunities to learn other areas of the hospital and advance your skills and responsibilities.

Qualification:

Previous experience in the veterinary field

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor
