    About Us: Croydon Pet Hospital is a busy, client-focused veterinary practice in Glen Burnie, MD. We’re passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care for pets and exceptional service to their families. Our team is dedicated, friendly, and driven by a love for animals. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. The CSR is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visitor.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, checking them in and out, and addressing questions or concerns

    Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner

    Schedule appointments, manage the practice calendar, and handle appointment confirmations

    Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality

    Process payments and invoices, and manage end-of-day reconciliations

    Communicate with veterinary team members to relay client messages, and assist in patient flow through the practice

    Help educate clients about preventive care, treatment plans, and post-visit instructions

    Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized at all times

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years experience in customer service

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer care

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software (experience with veterinary software is a plus)

    Veterinary experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn about animal care is a must

    Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy times

    A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pets and their owners
