Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
- Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records
- Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
- Obtain deposits and payments from clients
- Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
- Educate clients on veterinary services and care
What You Need to Succeed:
- At least one year of veterinary reception experience
- Full-time and weekend availability is a must!
- Ability to manage high volume calls, maintain professionalism in stressful situations, and open to receiving constructive feedback
- Must work effectively, independently or on a team, while consistently demonstrating compassion and empathy for pets and their owners
- Great communication, time management, and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
