We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team part-time! As the first and last point of contact, our reception team plays a vital role in creating a positive, seamless experience for both clients and their pets.

At Advanced Veterinary Care of Vestavia, we pride ourselves on being a locally owned, all-in-one veterinary clinic where pets feel safe, people feel heard, and our team works together to provide exceptional care. What You’ll Do

Greet clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude

Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling

Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently

Communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and team members

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude

Reliability and strong attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

We are seeking a team member who can work 2–4 days per week, with preferred availability from 3:00 PM–6:00 PM. Scheduling is flexible; however, candidates must be available from 3:00 PM–6:00 PM at least two evenings each week, including Thursday evenings. Availability from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM one Saturday per month is also preferred.
