Position Overview – Veterinary Receptionist:

As a Hospital Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and loving environment for our furry patients while providing caring and friendly customer service to our hospital clients.

Key Responsibilities for a Receptionist:

Provide excellent, friendly, and caring customer service

Have experience in an animal hospital (preferred)

Experience with AVIMARK software is a plus

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform data entry

Handle end-of-day transactions and call clients back as needed

Send appointment reminders and update patient charts

Process payments (credit cards, posting, recording payments)

Keep reception area clean at all times

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proof of at least 3 years' experience is required for this position

Must be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animals
