    Who we are:

    Our Chicago clinic has been providing veterinary rehabilitation to pets in Chicagoland and training veterinary professionals from all over the world for over 16 years. We are focused entirely on veterinary rehabilitation and work closely with general and specialty practices throughout Chicagoland to give pets the best quality of life through improved mobility and pain management. Our team currently includes 2 Veterinarians certified in canine rehabilitation, acupuncture, and spinal manipulation therapy; 7 Canine Rehabilitation Therapists certified (or pursuing certification) in canine rehabilitation and canine massage; 5 Therapy Assistants, 3 Patient Services Coordinators; and a Practice Manager. Our 6000 square foot facility holds 2 Underwater Treadmills, 5 therapy lasers, a large therapy gym with custom exercise equipment, a Piezowave shockwave, therapeutic ultrasound, and more.

    About the Job:

    Welcome and direct clients in a friendly and helpful way

    Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely

    Educate and advise clients regarding clinic services and protocols

    Facilitate communication between the rehabilitation team and our clients

    Support the rehabilitation team in their administrative needs to ensure the best patient outcomes

    Schedule appointments and track patient treatment plans accurately

    Process invoices and payments accurately

    Update and maintain records and information accurately and appropriately within our Practice Management Software

    Maintain clinic cleanliness, especially in reception and client accessed areas of the facility

    Assist with other administrative duties and projects as appropriate
