The CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE is the most important job position at VSNT. It is the first impression with which our clients are greeted, whether in person or over the telephone. Therefore, all CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATES are expected to be polite and project a calm demeanor at all times while communicating with our clients and other VSNT staff members.

To be successful as a CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE, you should have a pleasant personality, work well with others, offer excellent customer service, be a problem solver and critical thinker, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.

Ultimately, the CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE’S duties and responsibilities are to ensure VSNT welcomes its clients positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Greet clients

· Answer multi-line telephone system

· Client check-in and check-out

· Client appointment scheduling

· Maintain appointment calendars for doctors

· Update electronic client records

· Appointment confirmation

CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven customer service work experience: 2 years (REQUIRED)

· Veterinary experience: PREFERRED

· Cornerstone software experience: PREFERRED

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Customer service attitude
