Whether you come from human physical therapy, fitness/athletic training, massage therapy, vet tech work, or have a strong interest in mobility and biomechanics, this is your opportunity to build a deeply meaningful career in animal rehabilitation, no prior rehab experience required.

We provide structured training, mentorship, and financial support to help you develop into a fully trained Rehabilitation Therapist.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, growth-focused position for someone who wants to learn veterinary rehabilitation from the ground up. You will work closely with rehab-certified veterinarians and experienced therapists while building skills in:

Therapeutic exercise

Manual therapy

Hydrotherapy (underwater treadmill)

Cold laser therapy

Mobility assessments

Client coaching and education

Safe handling and low-stress techniques

Over time, you’ll progress from assistant-level tasks into more advanced responsibilities as you gain confidence and complete continuing education or certification.

Assist in patient handling and safe movement

Help set up therapeutic exercises

Support underwater treadmill sessions

Learn to operate laser, ultrasound, and mobility equipment

Document patient progress

Educate pet owners on home care plans

Maintain a clean, safe, low-stress environment for patients

Who We’re Looking For
