    Essential Functions

    Customer Service

    Cross sell and make necessary recommendations for the patients’ health benefit

    Obtaining and recording patient history

    Calculating medication dosages

    Assessments and physical examinations

    Drawing Blood

    Monitoring anesthesia

    Incubating patients

    Catheter placement

    Laboratory procedures

    Perform safe measures for restraining patients

    Radiology

    Dentals

    Surgical preparation and assistance

    Patient recovery and nursing care

    Supporting the veterinarians in their tasks

    Keeping a strong line of communication with the clients through explanation of information and education

    Quialifications

    A minimum high school diploma

    Comfortable with blood and excrements

    Prior experience in veterinary industry (1.5+ years)

    Communicates effectively with all levels of personnel and diverse client groups to ensure clarity and alignment.

    Prioritizes organizational excellence and attention to detail while managing multiple patients.

    Exhibits a professional demeanor and takes proactive initiative within a collaborative team setting.

    Displays resilience and a positive outlook when navigating high-pressure or stressful scenarios.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Working proficiency in English and Spanish

    Understanding of computers, email platforms, phone services, Google Workspace and other office equipment
