We have an opening for a registered/certified or equivalent experience vet tech in our young, growing small animal hospital. We provide excellent medical and surgical services for dogs, cats, rabbits, pocket pets, and the occasional goat, sheep and chicken. The perfect candidate will have good animal restraint skills, experience with assisting the doctor during exams, dentals and surgery, ability to handle lab specimens, do x-rays and to maintain surgical, dental and lab equipment. A desire to mentor vet assistants is a definite plus. We are inherently fear free for clients as well as pets. Hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm weekdays and every other Saturday morning.
