    VetsEZ is seeking a full-time remote TECHNICAL WRITER to work closely with the development teams and support the deployment, management, and extension of knowledge management programs. The ideal candidate will have both a technical background and the proven ability to deliver high-quality technical documentation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinates work activities and write and edits highly complex technical information technology-related documents, including presentations, manuals, reports, and specifications.
    • Creates develops, plans writes and edits highly complex technical documents for publication.
    • Edits documentation for style, clarity, consistency, and adherence to customer guidelines.
    • Support digital marketing promotion and communication efforts.
    • Researches highly complex technical concepts and creates new technical documents.
    • Conducts interviews with various technical staff to gather data for documentation.
    • Writes and edits policies, procedures, workflows, manuals.
    • Evaluates and provides feedback on draft documents and attends documentation reviews.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5 years of relevant technical writing experience and a bachelor's degree in English, journalism, computer science, or related discipline.
    • Ability to interface with technical staff and end-users to understand functional requirements to develop processes and procedures
    • Experience writing for a developer or technical audiences - blog, product documentation, technical information.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder agile environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe suite, Visio, etc.
