VetsEZ is seeking a PROJECT COORDINATOR to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This person will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Middleware and Data Management (HMDM) contract. This product line manages various software products, middleware platforms, system integrations, health data integrations, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) integrations.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives
• Coordinate and assist in resource scheduling for internal and external resources, ensuring project remains within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Undertake project tasks as required
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Manage help desk ticket queue
• Provide support to Project Manager and Business Leaders
• Understanding of formal escalation and review processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology related projects or education.
• 3+ years of experience with life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience with formal delivery methodologies SAFe, Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Familiarity with Government contract work and software development is preferred.
• Experience interfacing with senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Healthcare IT.
• Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
