As a Technical Sourcer/Jr Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Sourcers with between 1-5 years of experience. They ‘could' have just 7 or 8 months experience but must show SOLID TECH SOURCING FOCUS
Experience sourcing for positions such as Software Developers
Must have experience with high volume and fast pace environment
Solid LinkedIn and Boolean experience
ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Strong people assessment skills
Active listening skills
Clear verbal and written communication
Strong ability to adapt to ambiguity and frequent change
