    JOB TITLE: CONTENT STRATEGIST IV JOB DESCRIPTION:  Come join the Ads Experiences (OAE) team to build and launch exciting new features for one of the most used browsers in the world. The OAE team sits within the Monetization org. Our work, important to Meta's vision and future success, builds features that improve the browsing experience and creates compelling ad experiences for millions. We have a strong design team culture full of great designers who are passionate about creating products that improve user experiences. SUMMARY The OAE team, which sits within the Monetization org, supports features that improve Meta's browsing experience and creates compelling ad experiences for millions. We're seeking a talented and experienced content designer to support content and UX strategy efforts around several projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality content to large audiences, is comfortable with ambiguity and takes initiative to locate opportunities and execute. KEY PROJECT At a high level, we're building products that better support people as they browse content on Facebook. Our specific product hasn't launched yet and is currently confidential, so we're not able to go into further details quite yet. PARTNERSHIPS You'll work with partner teams across Instagram, Facebook and more. This role is a excellent opportunity if you enjoy collaboration with other content designers and XFN roles across product development. RESPONSIBILITIES Write clear and effective UX content Support/drive UX product strategy Collaborate with design to shape product vision Present content to stakeholders, support/defend content decisions Collaborate with partner teams Communicate content and UX ideas Translate research findings into UX and content Advocate for users through human-centered design MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience developing content for mobile or web experiences; excellent writing and editing skills Experience collaborating with product design and UX research partners Experience working with UI design tools, such as Figma PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working on projects with large user bases Experience working in highly technical spaces Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or other communications-related field Experience working with engineers, product managers, data scientists
