As a Recruiter in our organization, you will be an integral team member responsible for the recruitment of talent. In this career opportunity, you will be a strong partner in our organization. The key to being successful in this role is the ability to source creatively – as our positions can be difficult to fill since we specialize in rural facilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to master information and language regarding the healthcare industry and the ability to source candidates in an extremely competitive job market.
• Resourceful and innovative while enjoying the challenge of problem-solving of trying to source candidates in rural locations.
• Can adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment without missing a beat or a detail.
• Ability to manage all candidates through the selection process
• Skilled in managing and implementing community advertising and promotions in rural locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gain rapport and cooperation at all levels in our organization and central office.
• A strong sense of collaboration as part of a goal orientated team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals down the hall and in our facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 2 years of previous recruiting experience.
• Must have a pleasant personality and good telephone etiquette as well as general knowledge of computers.
• Be able to type 35 wpm, and have knowledge of standard office equipment and procedures.
• Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
• Must have skills in working cooperatively with other professionals and have the ability to organize and carry out responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in a wide variety of circumstances, both verbally and in writing.
• Commitment to the philosophy and objectives of the facility.
• Dedicated to the success of the company and its facilities.
