Via 313 is growing and looking for Renaissance Managers! We are looking for standout team players who are comfortable working in front or back of house, learning new positions and broadening their food & beverage education and experience.

Our location management teams are the first point of contact for our employees and guests alike. Great management qualities include being hands-on,driven, compassionate, empathetic, humble and accommodating. Our managers are expected to handle any scenario that may arise without discounting our quality of service, consistency or company standard while maintaining a fun and welcoming environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:

Preferably 3+ years of In-house Management Exp.

Proficiency in POS & Inventory platforms (Toast & Compeat)

Food Handler’s & TABC Certificates

Reliable transportation
