    Communication Assistant

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Communication Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our communication efforts across various channels.     Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    2. Draft and edit content for various communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
    3. Monitor media coverage and maintain media contact lists.
    4. Support the coordination of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and consistent communication across all platforms.
    6. Manage communication channels, including social media platforms and email newsletters, to engage with stakeholders and promote organizational initiatives.
    7. Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications to keep team members informed and engaged.
    8. Provide administrative support to the communication team as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing files and documents.

    Requirements:

    1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
    3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    5. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
    6. Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience with design software is a plus.
