JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY AS A TOWER CLIMBER/CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER, BASED IN GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. Our Nebraska-based crews travel throughout Nebraska, and portions of Kansas. If you DESIRE LONG-TERM/STABLE WORK WITH OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES, this is a great job for you. WHAT WE OFFER:

• Daily travel per diem, plus paid lodging when traveling
• Ability to be home most weekends

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Construct, erect and maintain cell towers
• Perform equipment modification, installation, and upgrades to existing towers
• Climb towers up to 450 feet and ladders at various heights

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

· You’re able to climb and work at heights from 150 to 450 feet, and are in good physical condition

· You can lift up to 100 pounds

· You are mechanically inclined

· You can work outside in all elements

· You can travel outside of Grand Island for work during the weekdays, as needed

· You have a valid driver’s license

· You are able to successfully pass pre-employment background and MVR checks

· You are able to pass a pre-employment substance screen

· You are a team player, and have a desire to learn all aspects of the industry

· You are able to live within a reasonable driving distance to Grand Island, Nebraska
