Our company is currently seeking dedicated and driven individuals to join our team as Industrial Machine Operators. As an Industrial Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the setup and operation of machines, ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work and eager to learn and grow with a leading industry organization.

Schedule:

Join us on the 2nd Shift from 6pm-6am, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend and follow production procedures and documents

• Expertise in equipment setup and ensuring availability of production materials

• Proficient in operating machines and conducting observations during production, promptly addressing any issues that arise

• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve productivity and location goals

• Assisting with monthly inventory counts and maintaining accurate records

• Strict adherence to safety procedures and reporting any potential hazards

• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area

• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management as necessary

Requirements

• Availability to work 12-hour shifts

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

• Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Commitment to adhering to quality service standards and following procedures, rules, and regulations

• Strong knowledge of safety standards and practices
