THE OPPORTUNITY:

Vianai is looking for an experienced Technical Writer who will design and deliver simple and effective technical product information for our human-centered products. We need you to help translate complex advanced technology concepts, procedures, and functions into easily consumed user documentation. Our ideal Technical Writer is hands-on, collaborative, self-motivated, and innovative. We hope you are as excited as we are to create human-centered AI products poised for rapid growth and adoption.

EXPECTATIONS:

· Create user-friendly content including manuals, admin guides, diagrams, and more.

· Take a user-centric approach to identify needs and opportunities for our users to understand, adopt and use advanced technologies. The deliverables may include anything from developing new diagrams to documents.

· Collaborate with project team members, external clients, and other stakeholders to continuously improve existing documentation.

· Edit and maintain large quantities of internal technical and organizational documentation content.

· Contribute to the improvement of team processes and cross-functional efforts.

· Advise and support team members who have documentation-related questions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· BS or MS in Technical Communication, Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3+ years of experience: writing, editing, researching, planning, and delivering technical documentation

· Experience using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, and/or at least one programming language (does not have to be in a professional context).

· Experience establishing internal processes/procedures in support of documentation.

· Experience with complex and scalable systems.

· Curious for new technology, able to pivot quickly.
