    Job Overview

    We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales and Business Development Associate (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis. This role is designed for those who thrive in a 100% commission-based environment, earning their income entirely through closing deals. If you have a keen eye for sales and understand the HR industry, this flexible role may be perfect for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email, and social media.
    • Understand clients' needs and propose suitable HR services.
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
    • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Attend relevant industry events and conferences.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the HR or consulting industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently on a project basis.
    • Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role.
    • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
