    We are currently seeking a Vibrant Life® Assistant / Driver to join our team! This dual-role position is perfect for someone who loves engaging seniors, facilitating activities, and providing safe, dependable transportation.

    Your Role: Vibrant Life® Assistant & Driver

    As a Driver, you will:

    • Safely operate the community van/shuttle for daily outings and medical appointments

    • Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle

    • Comply with all traffic and safety regulations

    • Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

    • Maintain communication with the community via cell phone during outings

    • Ensure resident safety and dignity during trips

    • Train staff on loading/unloading procedures and use of wheelchair lifts

    As an Activity Assistant, you will:

    • Support daily recreational programming and planned activities (games, crafts, music, events)

    • Encourage resident participation, wellness, and social engagement

    • Help coordinate and lead off-site excursions

    • Work closely with the Vibrant Life® Director and other team members

    • Contribute to creating a joyful, inclusive atmosphere for residents

    What You’ll Need:

    • Minimum 18 years of age (per driving requirements)

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)

    • 2+ years’ experience driving (preferably with seniors or passengers)

    • Experience with elderly or memory care residents preferred

    • First Aid certification required; CPR preferred

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for seniors
