HR RECRUITER Vicar's Landing, a Life Care Retirement Community, located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking an HR Recruiter. You must be highly driven, self-motivated and can work independently. You must be able to successfully recruit, screen and interview applicants for all open positions throughout the organization utilizing marketing strategies to bring in qualified candidates. A track record of high performance and an ability to deliver excellent results consistently is key. BS degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred, or two to five years' experience in human resources with emphasis on employee recruiting, training and retention required.
