    Job Description

    As part of Creative Partnerships at NBCU, the Marketing Team collaborates, creates, connects and curates solutions across NBCU networks and platforms on behalf of advertising partners to generate revenue for our company and business results for our partners. Our marketing and creative offerings span from local to global networks and platforms within the Broadcast, Lifestyle, News, Sports and Hispanic networks, Local, Global, Strategic Partnerships, Universal Pictures, Parks, and Comcast. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Ad Sales Marketing, this individual will contribute to the development and implementation of full funnel marketing strategies and creative solutions for brand partners, informed by consumer, cultural, category and client insights.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Ideate and lead cross portfolio marketing strategies for agency-specific advertising partners
    • Provide “white glove” marketing service for designated agency Sales portals and clients
    • Senior-level voice for cross-portfolio vetting, internal buy-ins, and consensus building across cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Strategy, Development, Creative, Legal, Research, etc.

    • Delivering Work with Excellence: * ** Leading Marketing Strategy:** Liaise with NBCU sales, category strategy, insights & measurements teams to further define the value proposition of the partnership. Synthesizing brand advertiser client direction, sales strategy, cultural/market trends, and consumer insights into compelling strategic platform that focus thinking and spark creative ideation * ** Pre-sale Process:** Attend and lead media/marketing calls with brand advertisers and/or agencies to identify client needs, lead internal briefing sessions on cross-disciplinary teams, and develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand and on-strategy * ** Post-sale Process:** Ensure Flawless execution to drive continued leadership position in the marketplace and increased client renewal. Oversee the team during the execution of multi-platform campaign packages sold to brand advertisers by serving as a centralized point of contact and ensuring that all stakeholders are consistently informed and adhering to terms of the deal * ** Liaising with Creative & Development Teams:** To support Programming/Network priorities as well as build processes that ensure the best ideas are story told in a purposeful way that is customer-centered and leads to conversion * ** Stellar Storytelling:** weaving insights and ideas into compelling and cohesive stories using PowerPoint and other visual design applicants and storytelling tools. Pitching strategies and creative concepts in top-to-top client meetings.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in marketing from client or agency
    • Proven experience working with planning agencies, brand advertisers in TV and digital; demonstrated ability to provide category-specific knowledge and experience to develop holistic solutions that generate revenue and ROI for brands

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
    • Willingness to travel and work overtime
    • Must be willing to work in New York, NY
    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

    Salary range: $185,000 - $235,000 (SIC and long-term incentive eligible)
