Job Description
The Vice President, Ad Sales Monetization will participate in leading development and execution of strategies to maximize ad revenue and optimize monetization opportunities across all Versant properties and platforms to enhance growth. This role will be a main contributor in efforts around strategy and go-to-market positioning and will play a key role in relationship management across Versant leadership and the NBCU sales partnership.
This position also requires significant collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams and the ideal candidate values a startup team culture, changing legacy mindsets, and exploring new ways of doing things in order to stay at the forefront of a fast-paced industry during a transformative point in time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Revenue tracking and analytics:
Conduct comprehensive inventory and capacity utilization analysis
Analyze client and category mix, target tracking and revenue analysis
Perform in-depth analysis of key marketplaces including Upfront, Scatter, Direct Response, and Paid Programming
Develop and maintain financial models for accurate forecasting and tracking of revenue
Own and enhance core reporting and analytical processes for Linear and Digital revenue streams
Foster and manage relationships with key NBCUniversal Sales partners to ensure seamless collaboration
Collaborate with Versant content leadership to devise and implement innovative incremental revenue strategies
Liaise with Versant Operations & Technology and NBCU Ad Tech & Operations to ensure alignment on systems and product development
Assist the Executive Vice President of Ad Sales in strategic planning and team development

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Salary range: $175,000 - $210,000 (SIC eligible)
