Job Description
NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises is seeking a Vice President, Audience Development & Growth Strategy to lead audience growth, engagement, and retention across its digital streaming ecosystem, with a primary focus on Peacock and the Telemundo App. This role will define and execute holistic and IP-specific streaming strategies, oversee paid acquisition and retention efforts, and partner closely with Content, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive sustainable audience and revenue growth.
The Vice President will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance optimization—owning growth levers from content prioritization and acquisition through audience targeting, creative strategy, and lifecycle engagement.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
