    **Job Description**

    PoliticalMeetings.com seeks a Vice President of Business Development to join our team and lead our efforts in your state. The potential for leads is vast, and we provide the necessary support. We seek a highly motivated, energetic expert who can effectively share our story and demonstrate how our services benefit political entities by increasing attendance, donations, and votes.

    **Compensation and Benefits:**

    Executives can earn $500,000 in the first year by onboarding five political entities with at least 5,000 followers/members each. Additional incentives include a $50,000 bonus after signing up fifty political entities with a minimum of 5,000 subscribers each. Bonuses are awarded within 30 days of qualifying sales and are subject to terms and conditions.

    The Vice President of Business Development will work with candidates, non-profit organizations, political clubs, and more. They will secure permission agreements allowing the PM to share valuable information with subscribers. This will help existing staff, followers, and supporters better track campaigns and know when and where to be. Our extensive services provide significant value to both subscribers and customers.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    \- Identify and analyze business opportunities while developing and implementing subscriber pursuit strategies in targeted markets.

    \- Prospect and connect with industry leaders regarding their communication needs and participation in clubs or campaigns.

    \- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed growth targets.

    \- Engage in daily activities, including cold/warm/follow-up calls, social networking, meetings, and presentations.

    \- Meet with political entities to discuss onboarding options for their staff.

    \- Expand service offerings within existing accounts.

    **Qualifications:**

    \- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

    \- At least 5 years of sales or business development experience with a successful track record.

    \- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    \- Experienced in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

    \- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives of political party offices and other organizations.

    \- Strong track record of generating, shaping, and following through on customer communications and subscriber retention.

    Future salaried positions may not offer the same level of compensation as commission-only roles, allowing those confident in commission-based work to benefit from higher earning potential.
