General Placement Service is recruiting on behalf of an A+ Rated, national insurance carrier. They seek to hire a VP / Chief Claims Officer to lead the direction of claims management & strategy. In this role you will have autonomy to create & implement a grand design of leading your own team and driving growth with an exceptional carrier.

The products are tailored to Casualty & Commercial Auto.

In this role, you will:
\- Build and implement operational claim’s strategy

\- Ensure compliance requirements

\- Lead all claim’s personnel
\- Create & ensure an elite claims department

\- Develop and grow relationships with outside vendors

To be qualified, you must have:
\- 12+ years of multi-line insurance claim experience

\- 6+ years of claims management experience

\- Knowledge and experience with insurance companies & TPA’s

\- Bachelor’s degree and industry designations are preferred
