    Job Description

    Required Experience

    • 5–10 years in financial services
    • Corporate Trust experience strongly preferred
    • Contract negotiation experience (ideally with legal exposure)

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related)
    • Advanced degree preferred

    • Ability to manage large deal volumes (100+ transactions)
    • High stress tolerance / ability to operate in fast-paced environments

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contract Negotiation & Risk Management * Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to negotiate:
      • Bond Indentures
      • Paying Agent Agreements
      • Escrow Agreements
        • Identify and mitigate:
      • Contractual risks
      • Operational risks
      • Regulatory risks
    • Deal Execution & Onboarding * Coordinate onboarding across internal systems * Ensure accuracy and timeliness aligned to contract terms
    • Client Experience * Deliver high-quality, responsive service * Anticipate client needs and use technology to enhance delivery
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work across teams to improve processes and efficiency * Drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Risk & Compliance * Promote risk awareness culture * Escalate issues proactively with recommendations * Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments.
