    Vice President, Data Products, Decision Sciences will be responsible for the development, strategy, and delivery of our data platform capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of data product, data architecture, data engineering, and business enablement, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes:

    • Data Analytics Products
    • Medallion Architecture Implementation
    • Enterprise Metadata Systems
    • Marketing, Identity & Cleanroom Data Products
    • Data Mesh & Sharing Frameworks

    They will manage the product vision and roadmap across our modern data ecosystem, drive stakeholder alignment, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and value-driven data products that power innovation across the enterprise.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Product Strategy & Leadership * Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for data products across ingestion, transformation, metadata, and sharing domains. * Align product initiatives with business goals, analytics needs, compliance standards, and future-state architecture. * Champion a product mindset across the data organization and drive prioritization based on business value and scalability.
    • Platform Oversight * Lead the evolution of our Medallion architecture to support trusted, curated, and governed data products. * Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and governance teams to scale data mesh principles and platform capabilities.
    • Metadata Management * Oversee products that automate and enrich metadata lineage and discovery , supporting data governance and self-service.
    • Marketing & Identity Data Enablement * Partner with marketing and advertising teams to integrate identity resolution and cleanroom data products that comply with privacy regulations. * Facilitate the product integration of customer 360, audience activation datasets, and data-sharing interfaces that enable analytics and personalization.
    • Data Sharing & Collaboration * Develop scalable frameworks for data sharing internally and externally , leveraging mesh principles, APIs, and data contracts. * Enable domain teams to publish, discover, and consume high-quality data products with clear SLAs and metadata standards.
    • Team Management & Stakeholder Engagement * Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team. * Collaborate across data engineering, governance, legal, security, and business domains to balance agility with control.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience leading cross-functional product portfolios at scale, preferably in large enterprises or platform-first organizations.
    • Understanding of data architecture concepts (e.g., Medallion/Lakehouse, Mesh, Event Streams, Cleanrooms, Identity Graphs).
    • Strong background in building internal products, ingestion frameworks, and metadata-driven data platforms.
    • Familiarity with enterprise data governance, cataloging, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.).

    Desired Characteristics

    • Knowledge of marketing, digital identity, and privacy-safe data activation is highly desirable.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and technical teams alike.
    • Executive presence combined with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
    • Background in cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, AWS, Azure).
    • Experience with real-time streaming architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
    • Exposure to zero-trust or differential privacy-based data sharing models.
    • Experience with ML feature stores, observability, or data contracts.

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $220,000 - $325,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
