Job Description
The Vice President, Facilities Operations & Engineering will be responsible for developing and leading facility operations strategy, teams, tools and solutions for NBC Universal’s West Coast facilities along with our facilities operations in Atlanta, GA. You will be leading a large diverse workforce of facility pro’s along with major facility IWMS systems, critical systems monitoring, service center, MRO and extensive maintenance and repair programs across approximately 5M square feet of office and studio facilities. You will drive high employee engagement and operational excellence throughout the operation while prioritizing employee experience. You will need to be a seasoned and savvy leader able to operate at multiple levels and bring in a forward-thinking operations expertise.
