    Role Summary

    We're seeking a hands-on Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP &A) to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics functions. The Vice President, FP&A will play a critical role in shaping Wolfe's short and longer term financial planning, business analysis and performance reporting, partnering with executive leadership team to drive growth, optimize capital allocation, and build a scalable financial infrastructure. This is a 5-day onsite position in Pittsburgh, PA.

    As Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be instrumental in shaping Wolfe's financial planning and operational agility during a period of rapid growth and innovation. This role is designed to deliver high-impact outcomes across the organization. The Vice President, FP&A is responsibility for and commits to the following clear and measurable deliverables:

    • Shaping Long-Term Growth : You will lead the development of Wolfe's annual business plan and five-year economic roadmap—ensuring that financial planning is tightly aligned with the Company's vision, growth targets, and evolving market opportunities.
      • The five-year operating plan will be completed and approved by the Board no later than October 15 of each year.
      • 2026 Annual Operating Plan will be completed and approved no later than December 1 of each year.
    • Driving Financial Clarity : Through real-time insights, performance dashboards, and advanced analytics, you will empower leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions that accelerate growth and improve profitability.
      • Enterprise, division, business unit and department monthly management performance reporting is produced by the fifth business day each month.
      • Enhanced visualization of the divisions, business units and departments will be provided on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in accordance with the FP&A schedule of deliverables.
      • Maintain the accuracy of the financial hierarchy of business and department planning and reporting in accordance with the annual business plan established each year approved by the CEO and CFO.
    • Optimizing Capital and Resources : Your work will directly influence capital planning, investment prioritization and resource optimization—ensuring Wolfe scales efficiently while maintaining financial discipline.
      • Ongoing return on investment, post-mortem and ad hoc analysis will be performed to support business decisions.
    • Building Scalable Infrastructure : You will design and implement modern FP&A systems, including ERP and AI-powered tools, that support Wolfe's expanding business model and prepare the company for public-readiness.
      • Lead ERP selection and implementation by September 30, 2026.
    • Enhancing Operational Excellence : By improving cash flow forecasting, balance sheet health, and cost containment, you will help Wolfe operate with greater agility and resilience.
      • Daily cash flow projection will be provided and approved to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
    • Influencing Strategic Direction : As a trusted member within Finance and to the executive leadership team, you will provide the financial lens through which business and strategic decisions are evaluated, enabling Wolfe to seize opportunities and mitigate risks with precision.
      • Articulate through rigorous economic analysis and executive presentations showcasing the financial impact analysis supporting key decisions, ranging from pricing, M&A opportunities, capital spending, new product or service offerings will be expected to be provided on a timely manner as directed by the CFO or CEO.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development of Wolfe's annual business plan, five-year strategic plan, and capital allocation planning.
    • Partner with business unit leaders to build and monitor performance to financial plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
    • Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting, including Board materials and business unit reviews.
    • Enhance daily cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
    • Deliver advanced financial modeling, regression analysis, and post-mortem reviews to support decision-making. This includes managing and synthesizing large amounts of data to arrive at operational insights.
    • Develop near real-time P&Ls for business units and reporting entities.
    • Lead the design and implementation of FP&A systems, including within the implementation of a new ERP integration and automation tools.
    • Collaborate with external advisors to secure grants and financial incentives.
    • Provide metrics-driven leadership to the FP&A team and deliver operational insights to the executive leadership team.
    • Continuously improve FP&A processes and infrastructure to support scale and efficiency.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • 10+ years in senior FP&A or finance leadership roles, ideally in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
    • Strong command of enterprise level P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
    • Experience in eCommerce, fintech, or technology-driven businesses preferred.
    • Proven success leading FP&A systems within new ERP implementations.
    • Advanced analytical and data management skills.
    • Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
    • High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to lead through influence.

    • Ability to work onsite at our Pittsburgh headquarters five days a week.
